1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all classes, events, practicas, workshops, and services offered by Tango Garden, operated by Evangelos Theodorakis, Cologne, Germany.

2. Registration & Booking

Bookings are made online via our website or Shopify booking system. A booking becomes binding once payment has been completed.

Participation is personal and may not be transferred to another person unless explicitly stated.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are stated in euros. Payments are processed via Shopify and its integrated payment providers.

According to §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is charged or shown.

4. Packages & Validity

Class packages (e.g. 4-class or full-course bundles) are valid only for the specified period and number of sessions.

Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Individual classes may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows are not refundable.

Packages and courses are non-refundable once started.

If Tango Garden cancels a class, a replacement date or refund will be offered.

6. Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to change instructors, schedules, or formats when necessary. Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds.

7. Health & Liability

Participation in dance classes is at your own risk. You are responsible for assessing your physical and mental fitness.

Tango Garden is not liable for injuries or damages unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

8. Conduct & Participation

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward others and follow the Code of Care. We reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these principles.

9. Photos & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during classes or events. Details are governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Cologne, Germany.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The current version is always available on our website.
