How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss your options, please contact us via WhatsApp or send us an email at bookings@tangogarden.de. We'll process your request within 2-3 business days.

One-time events and 1-Class/Practica Passes ("Enter The Garden", "The Sprouting Sessions (Beginners Level)", "The Garden Practica")

Cancellations are possible up to 1 calendar day before the start of event with a full refund. Cancellations on the same day as the event are not eligible for refund.

4-Classes Passes

Cancellations are possible up to 1 calendar day before the start of the course with a full refund.
Cancellations before the first 7 calendar days from the beginning of the course are eligible to partial refund of 65€.
Cancellations after the first 7 calendar days from the beginning of the course not eligible to refund.

Full Course Passes (12 Classes)

Cancellations are possible up to 1 calendar day before the start of the course with a full refund.
Cancellations before the first 7 calendar days from the beginning of the course are eligible to partial refund of 215€.
Cancellations after the first 7 calendar days from the beginning of the course not eligible to refund.
